The National Bank of Fiji was set up by the Government of Fiji to provide banking services to the people of Fiji concentrating on the rural markets where commercial banks found it unprofitable.οΎ  In 1999 Colonial Fiji Life Ltd purchased minor shareholding from the Government of Fiji and the trading name became Colonial National Bank.

  • Maximum available is dependent on the value of the security offered.

  • Inapplicable. Repayable on demand and on "come and go" basis.

Interest Rate
  • Effective rate is 12.0% per annum which is charged on the account on monthly basis. Rates below 12.0% will be subject to Credit Services approval.
  • Cash cover interest rate is 4.5% plus the effective deposit rate.
