Priority Hospital Care Plus offers the following benefits: You can choose treatment for day care surgery or hospitalisation in either:

• A Government Hospital or
   
• The Suva Private Hospital where:

o You will enjoy world class facility and professional services
o You are in the privacy and luxury of a single room (if it is available) providing you and your family a very comfortable and special experience.
o Hassle free hospitalisation admission because of the immediate processing of your hospital admission thatis available 24 hours a day and where Colonial takes care of the required admission deposit of up to $750.

• Overseas Medical Evacuation benefit offers treatment in either New Zealand or Australia if a condition can or cannot be treated in Fiji.
• Maternity Benefit - you can choose to use this cover with any registered public or private hospital in Fiji, Australia or New Zealand.
• Family Rates include 2 adults who are legally married or in a defactor relationship or a single parent with up to 6 children under the age of 25 years.
• Loyalty Benefits reward you with:

o Funeral cover of $1500 after one year of continuous cover on the death o fthe primary insured.
o Free Medical Check-Up at the Suva Private Hospital after 2 full years of continuous cover and the third year premiums paid for the primary insured and spouse only.

It must be noted that prior approval from Colonial is necessary for options under this plan to be used.

Age at Entry
The entry ages for the primary insured and spouse is 18 years age next birthday to 65 years age next birthday. Conditions apply for entry ages 60-65 years next birthday.

For dependent children the entry age is 6 months to 18 years age next birthday or 25 years age next birthday if a full-time student. Documentary evidence of student status must be provided.
Cover will extend to 75 years age next birthday provided cover and premium continue without a break to age 74.
