Priority Hospital Care offers the following benefits:

• A 80/20 Co-share arrangement where you and Colonial share the bill of medical services. Our 80/20 Co-share plan means that you pay ONLY 20% of medical costs and Colonial pays 80%. You do not have to settle the full bill at the Private Hospital at the time of discharge. Just settle your share of the medical bill and Colonial will pay the balance.
• The maximum Co-share amount you pay per annum is ONLY $2,000 per condition for Day Care Services, Treatment or Hospitalisation at the Suva Private Hospital.
• Treatment at the Suva Private Hospital where:
• You enjoy world class facilities and service.
• Day Care, Hospitalisation, Surgical and Medical Treatment.
• You can access services 24 hours 7 days a week.
• Colonial takes care of the deposit upon hospitalisation.
• Admission is processed within 24 hours.
• Treatment at any local Public Hospital (if you prefer).
• Overseas Medical Evacuation Benefit.
• Maternity Benefit - with the luxurious birthing unit and a private lounge at the Suva Private Hospital. This benefit also includes Caesarean Delivery.
• Top of the range hospitalisation benefit with very competitive rates.
• Family Rates include 2 adults and up to 6 children under the age of 24 years**.
• Loyalty Benefits reward you with:
• Funeral cover of $1500 after one year of continuous cover.
• Free annual medical check up for trhe insured and spouse after every two full years of continuous cover at the Suva Private Hospital.

Age at Entry
For the primary insured, minimum age at entry is 18 years and the maximum age is 60 years next birthday. Cover will extend to 75 years next birthday provided cover and premium continue without a break to age 74. Download the application form.
